Terms and conditions

COMPETITIVE PRICES INCLUDE LOCAL DELIVERY, SETUP, COLLECTION
AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE.

1. Burgerseeds Parties are VAT registered - all bookings are subject to 20% Vat.
   
2. The hirer shall be responsible for the equipment and accessories whilst on hire.
3. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
4. Payment in full must be made in cash or by cheque upon delivery and a £50 refundable deposit paid.
5. Children must be kept away from the blower unit, electric cables and anchors.
6. No footwear to be worn on the inflatable at any time.
7. No smoking or barbecues near the equipment.
8. No food, drinks, party poppers, silly string or sharp objects to be taken onto the equipment.
9. No climbing on the inflatable walls.
10. No bouncing allowed on the inflatable step.
11. Nobody who is taller than the outside walls when standing on the bed uses the inflatable.
12. We take no responsibility for any damage to underground pipes, cables and services when anchoring the inflatable.
13. The hirer is liable for costs to repair or replace equipment that is damaged due to misuse.

13. Specified age restrictions must be adhered to. STRICTLY NO ADULTS ON CHILDRENS EQUIPMENT. .
14. The hirer must ensure that the equipment is clean prior to the agreed collection time.
15. The hirer must have the site for the equipment clear prior to the agreed drop off time. The area should be either indoors or grass, flat, cleared of any obstacles and dry. If these conditions are not met Burgerseeds Parties reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge a waiting fee until the above conditions are met.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
We would strongly recommend that you follow these guidelines, for the safety of the children that use the inflatable equipment:

1. In the interest of safety it is better to keep children's bouncing sessions to separate age groups i.e. under 5 year olds, 5 to 8 years, 9 to 12 years. This eliminates the older children from upsetting the younger ones.
2. There should be no bouncing allowed on the step. this is to help children get on and off the inflatable only.
3. Keep the front of the inflatable unobstructed to avoid accidents.
4. Ensure nobody is eating or has anything in their mouth whilst on the equipment – this constitutes a choking hazard and is for safety.
5. Ensure that sharp objects including keys, toys and jewellery are not taken onto the inflatable. We would advise that children, who wear spectacles or hearing aids remove them prior to going onto the inflatable.
6. Rough play and somersaults should be discouraged as this can easily cause injury.
7. Inflatables are not designed for use in adverse weather conditions. If the equipment becomes wet it can become slippery and dangerous.
8. The electric blower should be switched off at the mains supply in wet conditions.

We would like to bring to your attention the fact that any form of active play is not without risk or injury, and all parents or guardians must accept this risk prior to allowing children onto the inflatable.
The proprietors of Burgerseeds Parties and Burgerseeds Parties staff do not accept any responsibility for personal damage or injury.
