The BIG Woop 2009!
Once again Andy and Frank Burger-Seed successfully organised The Big Woop fundraising party. This year £524 was raised for Burgerseeds Parties favourite charity Afri-link. Afri-link do support work in Cameroon with rural development in areas of education, medical care, and capacity building for the Berudep Sponsor an Orphan Project.

PIPA Inspectors
Burgerseeds Parties qualify as PIPA inspectors. Congratulations are in order to Frank Burger-Seed who recently qualified to become a PIPA Inspector. The PIPA scheme which inspects play equipment for health and safety is supported by the whole industry and was developed in partnership with the Health and Safety Executive. Burgerseeds Parties are one of two companies in Scotland PIPA certified to inspect other people's inflatable equipment, the other being Scotbounce.

Burgerseed Volunteering in Cameroon
For the last three years Andy Burger-Seed has spent the winter months or the 'quiet season' volunteering overseas in the poverty stricken country of Cameroon, West Africa. This year Andy will be heading back over for 5 months volunteering with the Berudep Sponsor an Orphan Project. The project aims to support the neediest orphans in the rural NW of Cameroon and helps pay for education, medicine, clothes and food.
