Hello, and welcome to the Burgerseeds Parties website. At Burgerseeds Parties LLP we are proud to bring you exciting and new party equipment, extravagant and exciting entertainers and all the ancillary services associated with organising your party or event. As a one stop shop we aim to help take the stress out of event organisation for you our customer. Add our fantastic pre event service combined with our fun and enthusiastic staff on your big day and you end up with a recipe for success! We believe that everyone has the right to have fun - especially when it’s their party! Responsible Business

Quality

When our staff deliver the entertainment equipment they will explain the health and safety aspects of using it and answer any questions you may have. Our business has public liability insurance and our staff have full disclosures (been police checked). When we buy our equipment we only buy inflatable’s made from the toughest and most durable materials.

Delivery information

We will deliver FREE anywhere in Perth and within a 10 mile radius. We will deliver to any part of the UK but a small charge will be made per mile for every mile after a ten mile radius of Perth

Cancellations/re-schedules

We do not charge for cancellations as long as you inform us 48 hours before your event. If bad weather is forecast then we will re-schedule for free.

Bad Weather Policy

Unfortunately bad weather is outside of our control. Rain and high winds can make the equipment unsafe to use. Should bad weather disrupt your party or event we will not be able to offer a refund. Payment Details

Payment should be made upon delivery. Payment can be made in cash or by cheque. A refundable deposit of £50 will taken in case of damage. This deposit will be refunded when the equipment is collected. For corporate events and party packages an advance payment will be required.

Damage to equipment

Our equipment is designed to be tough and endure people bouncing on it. The only way for it to become damaged is by people misusing it or being irresponsible.
Should you damage the equipment you will be responsible for the cost of repair. This will not be an inflated price simply the cost incurred by us. Obviously we would rather you did not damage our equipment at all!

What you need to do

Please ensure you are ready for us when we deliver the equipment. Please ensure there is a clear access route to the area you wish the equipment to be placed (we have to bring it on trolleys). Please ensure the area you want the equipment placed is clear, level, dry and is within 50m of an electricity plug socket. If you are not within 50m of en electricity plug socket then you can hire one of our generators. Make sure you have permission from all your neighbors before you have your party (it’s probably best to invite them!)

Charity Gigs (local area)

Because we care about making this world a better place for EVERYBODY we will do fundraiser packs for you. If you raise over £2000* for charity** we will do a half price hire. If you raise over £5000* we will give you free hire. Please contact us for further details.
